How long does installation take?
Installation is typically completed within one business day. Our technician handles delivery, setup, calibration, and training.
What are the ongoing flavor supply costs?
Mix bags come in 3kg (≈33 servings) and 6kg (≈66 servings). Vanilla is $11/$22, other flavors $14/$26, high-protein $26/$50 — roughly $0.33–$0.79 per serving.
What flavors are available?
Nine core flavors — signature Achta, Vanilla, Chocolate, Coffee, Caramel, Bubble Gum, Strawberry, Mango and Avocado — plus high-protein sugar-free Chocolate and Vanilla.
What partnership models do you offer?
Three: Option 1 — zero investment revenue share ($15/bag up to 15 bags monthly, $30 above). Option 2 — $1,500 and 50–55% of net profit. Option 3 — $3,000 full ownership, 100% of profits.
What happens if the machine breaks down?
Same-day or next-day on-site support across Lebanon. 2-year warranty with spare parts included.
Can I use my own branding on the machine?
Yes. Full branding wraps and custom cup/cone printing available.
